Château Léo de Prades

In the second half of the 19th century, rich land owners started to develop the vineyard of St Estèphe. That is when we first trace the name De Prades. A plot of the estate is also called Les Pradines (« the small Prades ») as a reference to the family.
Today, Château Léo de Prades is one of the 65 châteaux of the appellation. Owned by the Marquis de Saint Estèphe winery, the team has been working with sustainable practices since 2013, receiving the HVE certification from the 2019 vintage.
